At Active Stillness, we offer trauma-informed yoga and wellbeing programmes to support those navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, or the lasting effects of trauma.

Our approach is rooted in the traditional practices of yoga — especially the principle of ahiṃsā – creating space for gentleness, self-awareness, and non-judgement.
