Gentle, supportive classes where you can reconnect with your body, at your own pace. Whether you're feeling anxious, burnt out, or navigating trauma, these sessions meet you where you are. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. Together, we will look at different types of movement, rest, and breath work in a way that feels safe for each individual student, empowering, and grounded in choice. Accessibility & Concessions I believe wellbeing support should be accessible. If cost feels like a barrier right now, please get in touch. I offer a small number of concessionary and reduced-rate spaces for those on a low income or experiencing difficult circumstances. Everything is handled confidentially and without judgement.
