– Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled.
– Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be refunded, except in exceptional circumstances (please contact us).
–  If you are unwell, overwhelmed, or experiencing distress, please let us know – we understand and will do our best to support you.

4. Digital Products & Downloads

– All digital resources (e.g., guides, courses, PDFs, videos) are for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or resold.
– Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds are not offered unless the file is faulty or inaccessible.
– If you have any issues accessing a file, please get in touch and we’ll sort it quickly.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Active Stillness, we know that life can be unpredictable. Our policy is designed to be fair, kind, and clear – supporting both your wellbeing and ours.

 


1:1 Sessions (Online or In-Person)


– You’re welcome to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
– Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full, unless it’s an emergency – we trust you to let us know if something comes up.
– No-shows are not eligible for refund or rescheduling, unless previously agreed.

 


Group Classes & Workshops


– If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you can choose a full refund or transfer to another date (if available).
– Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, though we may be able to offer a credit at our discretion.

 


Packages (Bundles of Sessions)


– Once the first session has been used, packages are non-refundable.
– You’re welcome to reschedule individual sessions within your package with at least 24 hours’ notice.
– Packages must be used within the agreed time frame (usually 3–6 months).

 


Digital Downloads & Online Courses


– As our digital products are available for instant access, all sales are final and non-refundable.
– If you have any issues accessing your content or feel something isn’t quite right, please reach out – we’ll do our best to support you.

 


Retreats & Special Events


– A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
– If you need to cancel:
      – 30+ days before the event: Full refund (minus deposit)
      – 14–30 days before: 50% refund (minus deposit)
      – Less than 14 days before: No refund unless we can fill your place.
