What is Active Stillness?

Active Stillness philosophy….

Active Stillness is run by wife and husband team, Anna and Andy Caldwell.

Through our passion for retreats, yoga, movement, meditation and stillness, Active Stillness was born.

Anna and Andy are passionate in working with individuals and teams, looking at whole person centered wellness.

Anna Caldwell

Anna is registered yoga teacher and a health and wellbeing expert.

Her love of yoga started in 2013 when Andy suggested that she should find a style of fitness that was a hobby rather than just a keep fit activity! She started practicing yoga and hasn’t looked back.

She is specialised in Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Yin Yoga and Aerial Yoga. Anna has spent 10 years working with NGO’s.

This training helps Anna adapt her knowledge to individuals and those who work in high stress environments.

Anna’s passion is helping people to heal the body to heal the mind.

Andy Caldwell

Andy has worked in the world of facilitation and leadership development for over 20 years.

In his corporate work he provides facilitation and coaching to organisations including the NHS, Trainline, Boston Consulting Group, Zoopla and many more.

He is an ACC credentialed executive coach and qualified in the iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram.

Andy’s real passion is using the Enneagram to help people to discover and live into their best selves.
